If you would like to return an item, please contact us using this form to start the process. Any unused, full-price items may be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Please note:

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender at their expense.
• Returned items must be unused/unwashed and in their original condition.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and tracking the return package. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we’ll credit the full item amount (excluding shipping fees) to the account used for purchase. An email confirmation with credit details will be sent once the process is complete.
